Linköping University was granted full university status in 1975. It conducts world-leading, boundary-crossing research in fields including IT and hearing and materials science in close collaboration with the business world and society. LiU is one of Sweden’s largest academic institutions and a leading global university. It offers one international bachelor program taught in English and also offers single-subject Master’s and bachelor-level courses, exchange studies, and even doctoral studies in English as well.

Linköping University offers a limited number of these scholarships to new students. The tuition fees for a student awarded a LiU International Scholarship are reduced by 25, 50, or 75%.
