The scholarship program is open to international students. The students must have undertaken or enrolled in the Master in Physiotherapy programme at the University of Cyberjaya to be eligible to be considered for this scholarship. The scholarship award is valued at 65% of the tuition fee of the programme and will be presented in the form of a tuition fee waiver. The University of Cyberjaya is a private university established in 2005. The university exclusively has programmmes focused on healthcare fields of study. It is a top-tier university in Malaysia backed by over a decade of teaching excellence and is ranked in the top 401+ under the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2022.

Chương trình học bổng dành cho sinh viên quốc tế. Các sinh viên phải thực hiện hoặc đăng ký chương trình Thạc sĩ Vật lý trị liệu tại Đại học Cyberjaya để đủ điều kiện được xem xét nhận học bổng này. Giải thưởng học bổng có giá trị bằng 65% học phí của chương trình và sẽ được trao dưới hình thức miễn học phí. Đại học Cyberjaya là một trường đại học tư thục được thành lập vào năm 2005. Trường đại học này độc quyền có các chương trình tập trung vào lĩnh vực nghiên cứu chăm sóc sức khỏe.
